Responsibilities:-

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and job requirements for different roles within the company.- Utilize various platforms and tools to source and identify potential candidates internationally, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants.- Engage with candidates through emails, calls, and online communication channels to assess their suitability and interest in the positions.-

Coordinate interviews and assessments, managing the scheduling process efficiently across different time zones.-

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.-

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our database.-

Collaborate with the team to optimize the recruitment process and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:-

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.-

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to effectively interact with international candidates and team members.- A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition with a keen interest in global sourcing strategies.-

Familiarity with various recruitment platforms, social media channels, and applicant tracking systems is a plus.-

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.-

Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.-

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
