Company Description Dream Nxt Homes is a dynamic and innovative real estate channel partner firm that collaborates with A-class developers to offer premium plots, villas, and apartments to discerning clients. Established on August 8, 2021, our mission is to redefine the real estate experience through excellence, transparency, and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionPosition 1: Sales InternLocation: Work from officeShift: 10AM-7PM; Tuesday to Sunday Duration: 3 MonthsResponsibilities: Assist in lead generation and prospecting for potential clients. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills. Organize property viewings, and actively contribute to our sales initiatives. Assist in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) databases. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Benefits: Certificate of completion upon successful internship tenure. Stipend based on performance and completion of assigned tasks.
