Join the quickest growing AugmentedReality/Virtual Reality platform in the world that is democratizing the Mixed Realitysegment.The Assistant Manager- Technical Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving ourambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, managing the salesinternship team, along with ensuring our sales leadership is empowered for big picturegrowth.Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls daily,qualifying prospects,sending well-articulated emails, generating interest, maintaining and nurturing a healthysales pipeline and closing sales in accordance to our Q/Q targets.Skill Set (What we expect you to bring to the table)Self-motivatedFluent in English; fluency in other languages is a plus but not requiredStrong phone presence and persuasive personalityExceptional verbal and written communications skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations with provenlearning curve and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of Sales Lifecycles, including but not limited to sales funnels,lead conversion, lead research and nurturing etc.,Assertive personality, persistent, and a great listenerDesire to pursue a career in SaaS salesPrior technical sales experience is a must with experience in SaaS sales being abonusResponsibilitiesGenerate leads, referrals and sales opportunities by researching and identifyingpotential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technicalinformation and explanations, and preparing quotations.Sales pipeline management for the entire team, ensuring smooth demoexperience, follow ups and clean CRM management.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryAssess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information andtrends and identifying sales opportunities.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outboundcold calls and emails and linkedin reach-outsAssistance to the marketing team through offline marketing practices( events,webinars, speaking opportunities etc.,)Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding andinterpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, anddeveloping accounts.Understand customer needs and requirementsManaging a team of sales internsPerform effective online demos to prospectsUse excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service wheninteracting with customersSalaryAs per industry standards with an excellent incentive and bonus program.Skills: demos,crm management,product demonstrations,research accounts,augmented reality/virtual reality,identify key players,expand your database of prospects,saas
