Job Description Job DescriptionLocation : RemoteStipend : 10,000-12,000Roles & ResponsibilitiesEngagement Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion )Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properlyTake up end-to-end execution of customised session requestsOperations Organise & execute online engagements events on the Nova PlatformSending campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clientsIterate & compile data on sheets to generate reportsPartnership reach outsOverlook the finance and invoicing for vendorsYou Should be Awesome AtStrong presentation & Communication skills (presence on social media would be advantageous, and experience running a YouTube channel would be considered an added advantage)Critical thinking skills, desire to learn and ability to adapt.
