Job Description Position: Sales and Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Jamshedpur, JharkhandJob Type: Internship / Full timeDuration: 6 MonthsResponsibilities:Establish & follow a system to manage & lead both offline and online marketing teams. Provide feedback, monitor activities, and report progress to higher management.Develop new business, explore new market & potential customers for target based business growth Supervise offer submissions and ensure timely Work Order and Purchase Order processing.Maintain movement details of the marketing team, track effective progress of their initiatives and report to higher management in systematic manner. Establish relevant performance indicators for the marketing team, collect & analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness & efficiency of the marketing team & provide guidance to improve as needed. Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments. Identify training needs and contribute to the team's professional growth.Requirements:Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for those in the field of Science.Demonstrate strong communication skills.Proficient in basic computer operations.Exhibit fluency in spoken and written English conversation.Any additional skills or qualifications that would be a plusSalary: INR 12,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on qualification, relevant past experience & evidence of performanceBenefits: Pre Placement Offer (Provided if the candidate does exceptionally in the role)
