Triomics is developing the technology to speed up the process of data abstraction in clinical trials. By developing a network of technology-enabled clinical trial sites (hospitals or clinics), we can speed up participant recruitment and streamline data collection. Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to join our team. As a Compliance Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support our compliance efforts, ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and eager individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Compliance team in conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure our company's compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Help with the preparation and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including reports, records, and training materials.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide guidance and training on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and assist in updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance your understanding of compliance principles and practices.
- Contribute to special compliance projects as assigned by the Compliance Director or supervisor.

Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in compliance, risk management, or legal affairs.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather information from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience or knowledge of compliance, risk management, or legal practices is a plus but not required.
- Integrity, ethics, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Duration:
This is a 3-month internship position.

30k per month
