Job Description Job Summary: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting using QuickBooks software. You will work closely with multiple clients or within an organization to maintain financial records, generate reports, and provide insights for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software.Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable on a regular basis.Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently and accurately.Prepare and file necessary tax documents and reports.Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Communicate effectively with clients or internal to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed.Collaborate and guide with other team members or departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements: Completed IPCC/PCC/Inter CA Examination,Completed 3 years internship at CA firm,Bachelor's degree in accounting,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proven experience working with QuickBooks software or Tally software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in public accounting or working with multiple clients is desirable.
