Job Description Technical Skills: Understand and contribute to the ERM program of Mphasis group by: Performing reviews of the identified Key Risk Indicators relating to risk statements Actively contributing to update of the Risk Register, holding discussions with the process owners and obtaining sign off on new risks and KRIs Performing risk reviews independently and identifying risks and controls Documenting the process flow charts using Visio / other flow chart tools Independently performing analytical reviews of data using Excel and other tools Assisting in ESG Risks identification and monitoring Certifications Needed: Fresher MBA from Tier 2 / 3 colleges / Universities interested in Risk Management (or) B. Com candidates with upto 2 years of experience in Finance / Internal Audits (or) Fresher Chartered Accountant with Internship / Articleship experience in Big 4 or similar firms Certification in Risk Management courses preferred not mandatory Good Communication skills Working knowledge of MS Office mandatory - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
