Monitor intercompany accounts to ensure the validity of transactions and reconcile and settle them as necessary under the guidance of the group Treasury.Aid the Manager in preparing and reviewing various tax-related schedules such as VAT, GST, TDS, and Withholding Tax, and ensure timely tax return submissions.Prepare comprehensive monthly management reporting packages and share them with stakeholders.Prioritize operations and deliver high-quality services to all business stakeholders while effectively managing and resolving any stakeholder issues. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities based on a deep understanding of the Financial Control Matrix.Ensure strict adherence to established processes and controls while executing various financial processes.Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.Coach junior team members in the Finance Shared Services Center to enhance their technical skills.The Successful ApplicantCandidate specification for Senior Financial Analyst position: .CA qualification is mandatory.To thrive in this position, we seek a talented and ambitious professional with a Chartered Accountant qualification upto 2 years of experience. Candidates with internship experience from Big 4 firms will be given preference.Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills will be essential in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and driving impactful outcomes.Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a prerequisite for this role.
