Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure a strong match with job requirements and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing necessary information to both candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate and prepare employment offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and timely offer acceptance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS).
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Participate in employer branding activities, including career fairs, campus events, and online initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions.In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires within specified timelines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
