Service Operations Associate Internship in Hyderabad Secunderabad Telangana

Job Description : The Service Operations Associate is responsible for performing operations tasks within the Global Service Operations team . This includes activities such as reporting & analytics, project support, and providing strategical and tactical support to the Professional Services team . Collaboration in this role means partnering with the Partner Success Managers, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to coordinate key aspects of the on-boarding and service delivery process .

In This Role You Will:

• Provide business support to global project managers practice directors, and leadership by assisting through the various stages of project delivery.

• Manage daily back-end operations for project creation, maintenance, and closure within Kantata.

• Process customer agreements, interpret contract matter, and take appropriate action to provision necessary changes with internal stakeholders and partners.  • Provide analysis and reports as required by Finance and the Leadership teams as well as own and manage the regular reporting and audit practice.   

• Maintenance of the CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy. Assist global resourcing team as needed with services staffing internally and externally with partners.

• Work closely with IT to provision portals for new clients. Assist in deployment design solutions for short (quick hits), medium (process changes), and long-term (e.g. automation) across Services to ensure consistent, efficient operations at scale.

• Process welcome letters to new customers.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have: Bachelors ideally or equivalent experience. Strong passion for operations or professional services work with a desire to learn and develop skills in the area. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Prior internship or relevant work experience is beneficial but not required. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel. Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Open Air, MS Project Server, Peoplesoft etc. with an emphasis on system integration, data warehousing, and analytics.
