Customer delight executives act as first point of contact for Foxtale and hence play a crucial role in building customer love, brand loyalty, and long term customer relationships. This is a high-impact role with a lot of avenues for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.
• Maintain SLA response times for queries
• Exhibit effective communication skills while maintaining the brand's tone and image.
• Previous experience with skincare or skincare knowledge is Beneficial.
• Attention to detail, capable of analyzing data for trends and insights.
• Proactive coordination with other teams
• looking for Interns specifically for Chat , Social Media , Calls

Qualifications

• Available for 3 Months full time office Internship
• Familiarity with skincare or skincare knowledge to provide prompt skin assistance.
• Typing speed: 40 Words per minute.
• Flexibility to work rotational week-offs.
