Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms. Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand s voice, style, and messaging. Platform Management: Monitor and manage the company s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Schedule and publish posts across different channels using social media management tools. Engagement and Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Foster engagement by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant content within the online community. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts. Prepare regular reports summarizing social media metrics and trends. Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with other departments to gather information and coordinate campaigns. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns and promotions. Contribute creative ideas for contests, giveaways, and other interactive activities. Community Building: Identify opportunities to grow the company s social media following and engage with influencers or brand advocates. Participate in online discussions and forums relevant to the industry.


Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms. Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools. Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics. Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
