Job Description Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the company's platforms.Create compelling and engaging content tailored for each social media platform, including text, image, and video content.Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and timely response to comments, messages, and inquiries.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance, and generate reports showcasing progress and recommendations for improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and incorporate best practices into strategies.Requirements:Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and their respective best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Creativity to design. We need someone who can design creatives using canva. can learn on the go, but should have the zeal to learn.Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (Hybrid- 2- 3 days in the office)CTC for internship: 18- 20k per month for internship, but depends on the profile (there is a possibility of conversion to full time depending on the internship performance)CTC for full time hire: 3 to 3.6 lpa depending on the profileWe are NOT open to students
