How Will You Contribute to the Company Cradlepoint NetCloud Exchange (NCX) is a unified network and security architecture from Cradlepoint. With Cradlepoint NetCloud Exchange (NCX), organizations can combine 5G performance, SD-WAN efficiency, and zero-trust networking security into a single Wireless WANsolution. The NCX engineering organization is seeking an experienced engineer who can provide high-quality software solutions to support various customer use cases and deliver scalable cloud services.What Will You DoYou will work with multiple cross-functional teams to gather requirements. You will design, develop and deploy product features, and operate them across solution pipelinesYou will collaborate across multiple teams to build control and management plane functions on multi-cloud infrastructure and follow best practices for software development processesYou will develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and dashboards for monitoring the health of systems and data pipelinesYou will mentor junior and new team members QualificationsMinimum


Qualifications:Five (5+) years of non-internship professional software development experienceFive (5+) years of programming with at least one software programming language experience in Go lang/PythonFive (5+) years of complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or equivalent Working knowledge of developing a polyglot database backend (using Postgres, NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Hadoop, or Elastic time-series database) Understanding of backend messaging infrastructure using frameworks like Kafka or RabbitMQ Experience in Dockers/KubernetesBonus PointsExperience developing services deployed in cloud-computing environments like AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCPExperience with caching technologies such as Redis or memcacheNote: Did you know that women and other marginalized groups often hold back on applying to jobs if they don't meet 100% of all listed requirements We don't want you to hold back!
