Software Development Engineer - Test, Tablet Software Internship in India

DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of tools to support software development and testing.

- Will work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.

- Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.

- Will establish architectural principles, select design patterns and then mentor team members on their appropriate application

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Chennai, TN, IND

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience

- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment

- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services
