Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with NileForge's values, culture, and job requirements.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Partner with HR colleagues to continuously improve recruitment processes, enhance employer branding efforts and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in HR management, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

Passion for talent acquisition and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with basic HR concepts or previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
