Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for current and future job openings. - Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including initial assessments and HR interviews, to evaluate qualifications and fit. - Implement Agile methodology in HR and recruitment practices, constantly exploring new ways to improve and innovate in the recruitment process. - Collaborate with leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Build and maintain relationships with colleges, developer groups, and other professional organizations to expand our network and increase outreach. - Lead college placements, including managing relationships with career services, participating in job fairs, and developing internship programs. - Manage sourcing activities through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn. - Conduct research and stay up-to-date on tools and software that can be leveraged to improve recruitment practices. - Ensure quick and effective communication with candidates through various platforms, including email, phone, and video. - Maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data. - Partner with the marketing team to coordinate job postings and talent marketing efforts. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. - Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruiting best practices, and bring new ideas to the team to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of recruiting tools and technologies (ATS - Application Tracking System). - Proven ability to identify and hire top talent.
