Teaching Intern Internship in Delhi

Pehchaan The Street School (Trust) is an organization that believes that every child should have access to quality education, irrespective of their financial background. For over seven years, Pehchaan has been providing free education to underprivileged children in New Delhi. The organization aims to break the barrier between the underprivileged and vocational as well as academic studies to equip the children to become productive members of society.

Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Teaching Intern at Pehchaan The Street School (Trust), located in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for assisting the teachers with lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching children in the classroom. The intern will also be responsible for communication with the teachers and other staff members, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Teaching skills
• A keen interest in Education and working with children
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Experience in working with underprivileged communities is a plus
