Tech Support Internship in Hyderabad Secunderabad Telangana

Job Description:

Troubleshooting technical issues Installing and configuring hardware and software.

Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

Supporting the roll-out of new applications and features.

Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Basic Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred. Experience working with different operating systems including Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualification:

Previous technical internship(s).

Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solution
