Job Description Note: This is not a Software Engineering role. This is technical support / operations role. Technical Operation Intern will be responsible for any post-sales product configuration, technical setup, hands-on troubleshooting for customers, enabling them to use the features of our platform.Key Responsibilities:Product Integration & Setup: Talk to customers to understand their specific requirements. Configure and set up essential capabilities within our platform such as CRM, Whatsapp and other configurations.Testing & technical support: Test that all integrations and setups are working well. Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues and resolve technical issues promptly.Must have requirements:BE / B.TECH / BCA is mandatoryThis is a 100% on-site role in our HSR Layout, Bangalore office. 5 days at office and 1 day WFH.Good communications skills in English, Hindi and any other regional languageStipend:Rs. 17,500 per month during internship. Will be converted to full-time with higher salary if performance is satisfactory.
