The company combines modern technology with a team of experienced on-ground real estate professionals to make buying and selling real estate easier and more seamless for our customers. We offer both online and offline services that include verified properties, site visits, negotiation, home loan services, and after-sales services to ensure smooth transactions.
Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Telecaller located in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing information about Regrob's services, scheduling appointments for property visits, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn about the real estate industry and Regrob's services
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
