Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.Skill SetsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a high pressured environmentHighly organized people with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to build rapport and create professional relationshipsGood with Excel and handling dataDesired Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.Answering phones and explaining the product and services.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.The candidate should be a graduate.Shift timing will be between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM and will be operating 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday fixed OFF.
