OverviewThe Trainee - Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in various recruitment activities. This role is vital in ensuring that we attracts and retains top talent to meet its business objectives. The Trainee - Talent Acquisition will have the opportunity to learn about full-cycle recruitment and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to join the client company.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)Participate in initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersSupport the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessionsHelp maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports and metricsConduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hiresLearn and apply best practices in recruitment and HR processesAssist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidatesProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing email correspondence and calendar schedulingLearn to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and data efficientlyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyBasic understanding of HR processes and recruitment principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and administrative skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingPositive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionalsPrevious internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plusSkills: recruitment,sourcing,interviewing,communication,hr executive,hr internship
